School Camp Facilities
The main building includes accommodation, common rooms including dining areas, large recreation room with table tennis, DVD and TV, concert hall with stage and dance floor and outdoor areas. A mobile disco is available with special lighting for $25.00 or you can run your own.
All camps are fully catered for although prior arrangements must be made for special diets. Our typical School Camp Menu is available for your information. Bedwetters are very discretely looked after and a laundry service is available daily (please provide a plastic sheet).
To ensure the smooth running of your camp a number of Jobs for Duty Groups need to be supervised by a teacher. Roster groups of approximately 6 per 40 students works well.
To comply with Disaster Plan regulations a list of all Students and Teachers names must be handed to Pam or Graeme on arrival. We have an extensive Fire Detection System throughout the Building which is on direct line to the Beechworth Fire Station – a Disaster Plan will be handed to the Camp Co-ordinator on arrival at camp.
We have excellent Medical Personnel in Beechworth who are very helpful and understanding with students who become ill away from home. They are available 24 hours a day.
